Activities

At the start of the project, the partners form transnational working groups on various thematic focal points. Subsequently, they jointly identify competence requirements for today’s training of logistics professions. Based on this, we develop a matrix that provides the relevant knowledge and skills for selected professions.

New teaching modules, digital learning tools and a model for a digital learning environment for vocational education and training as well as a further training course for teachers will then be developed. Learners are involved in the development and testing of the products.

Based on our lessons learnt, we finally define recommendations for plan of action for actors from business, politics and research, who are also involved in the project activities. Their feedback ensures the relevance and adaptability of the results.

Supplementary activities include the organisation of events for multipliers, conferences and PR aimed at incorporating LOG-IN results at national and EU level.
